We are working together to transform the neighborhoods in the The Mill District of Columbus, GA. These efforts are led by a dynamic team and board who are committed to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty in this area through holistic community revitalization.
Our Team
Presently, the Mill District team is a staff of one. Lauren Chambers works in partnership with the Board to implement our programs and initiatives. We are looking forward to bring on additional staff in the near future.

The work of The Mill District would not be possible without the guidance and support of the members of our Board. These civic leaders are integral to fulfilling our mission of implementing community-based strategies to enhance economic opportunity, build sustainable neighborhoods, and improve education outcomes in The Mill District.
