Housing Initiatives
TMD in partnership with the Housing Authority of Columbus, Georgia and Columbia Residential is currently developing what will be an inclusive, multi-generational apartment community. As part of a larger vision to establish mixed-income housing, this development will create 116 units of affordable housing. TMD expects this development to be completed by December 2021.
